We want you to love your Single-to-Double Stroller 3.0, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused products in their original packaging. Our goal is to ensure your growing family has the perfect gear, so we make the exchange and refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely tape it to your original shipping box.

  Drop Off Package

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier at any authorized drop-off location or schedule a home pickup for your convenience.

  Receive Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the stroller for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
